Our THREE Guarantees

At TCFexotics every animals is a personal part of our family.  We spend time with every animal nearly every day to ensure that they remain friendly and healthy.  Committing this much time to our animals, we have a very personal interest in their future well-being.  We also strive to be different from the mainstream pet store in that we have the best quality animals available, and we have the information every pet owner needs to make an informed decision.  This idealism has led us to implement Our THREE Guarantees.

ONE:

We guarantee your new pet to be in pristine condition when it leaves our facility.  Better yet, the health of each animal is guaranteed for a full two weeks after they leave here.

TWO:

We guarantee that if your newly acquired pet becomes sick or dies due to deliberate negligence on your part we will not refund your money and we will not sell you another pet.  Every responsible pet owner is expected to research the animal they’re interested in and understand how to avoid dangerous and unhealthy situations.  To be fair, we’ll leave it up to a qualified exotics vet to do an examination or autopsy to determine the cause of illness or death.

THREE:

We guarantee that if for any reason you can no longer care for you pet, if you are able to transport the pet to us we will take it back no questions asked.  Sometimes life throws us curveballs and in many cases there’s just no way to know before hand.  Because the animals come first here, they will always have a place here.
